Introduction to Fitness Course at WK Fitness Dingle!
We are very excited to be offering this new Course at WK Fitness, it is designed to Introduce 10 people who are total beginners & who have never really ever exercised before into the wonderful & healthy world of Health & Fitness!
This course is open to total novices only & for people who may not have had the opportunity to exercise or adopt a healthier lifestyle before!
