WE ARE WK FITNESS

WK Fitness is built around a functional fitness training philosophy, combining dynamic exercises and core stability training, which improve strength and performance in the activities of everyday living. We design programs that are built on training phases, and progressions, giving you a road map to achieving your goals.

The culture and atmosphere of WK Fitness follows the vision of owners Shane & Mark. They wanted to create a studio where the energy could be felt upon walking in, the coaching environment would be supportive, comfortable and approachable, everyone would feel welcome, and your results would be guaranteed.

The focus at WK Fitness is to deliver extraordinary service that is beyond expectations. You provide the hard work and dedication while we guide and educate you through your training program. We provide fitness training for beginners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes. It does not matter what brought your here, what matters is that we help you get where you want to go.

Dingle Road Bike Rental & Bespoke Guided Cycle Tours

Rent one of our brand new Lapierre Audacio Road Bikes or a Day, 2 days or even a week! Multiday discounts are available!
Guided Cycle Tours on a number of different routes is also available! Routes can be selected by distance & ability!

Take in the beautiful Slea Head drive with its panoramic views and breathe taking sights! Meander up the famous Connor Pass and get your bird’s eye view of Dingle Town from above!
Our Road Bikes are suitable for all cyclists, they are comfortable & robust!
You can also;
Bring your own cycling shoes if you wish (Basic pedal & shoe cage as standard)
Bring your own cycling helmet (Helmets are compulsory & provided also)
Cycling gear can be provided
7 Days’ notice needed for all of the above!
